Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS:

Only products returned in a full, unopened box and free of damage will be accepted. Any special order products, items sold by the pallet, or clearance items are not eligible for returns. A 20% handling fee based on the retail price applies, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds will be issued as a credit applied to the customer’s account.
